General Policies and Regulations

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

The website “https://mastering-da.com” is owned and operated by Mastering Data Analytics LLC (Can be referred to as “MDA” or “Company”).

Students are individuals who have ordered and paid for the online Course posted on MDA’s website: “https://mastering-da.com”.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The terms used in this article are understood and defined as follows:

Course: A collection of Lectures on a certain topic sold by MDA.

Course price: The amount of money that a Student must pay to MDA to purchase the right to study online for 01 Course. The Course price posted on “https://mastering-da.com” includes Value Added Tax.

Lecturers/Experts: Are people with experience and professional certificates. They will be the ones to support Students, answer questions related to the Course and are the ones who sign a contract with the Company to provide and be responsible for the quality of the Course.

3. STUDENT LOGIN ACCOUNT ON WEBSITE “https://mastering-da.com”

After purchasing the Course, Students need to create an account on the website “https://mastering-da.com” to be able to access and study the Course. Students must provide complete and accurate personal information such as: Name, Email, Phone number, ... This is mandatory information for authentication and related to supporting Students in the process of using the Online Course on the website “https://mastering-da.com”.

The Student's login account is a personal account and only this individual has the registration confirmation information on the website "https://mastering-da.com".

The Student's login account will be locked if the Student performs one of the following actions:

The account shows signs of abnormality and violates the MDA's usage regulations posted on the website "https://mastering-da.com", MDA has the right to temporarily lock the Student's account. The time to process the locked account may be from 7-10 working days.

If the Student shares the account with other individuals, the account will be permanently locked. This account sharing action will be processed and compensation will be required according to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law in effect at the time of the violation of copyright and other rights related to the author.

If the Student shares his/her personal account with another organization, this account will be permanently locked. The act of sharing this account will be handled as prescribed above and will be required to compensate according to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law in effect at the time of infringement of copyright and other rights related to the author.

Students are obliged to keep their password confidential and manage it themselves. If the student forgets their password, they can access the link "https://mastering-da.com/password/email" to reset their password. Students need to fill in the correct Email registered on the website "https://mastering-da.com" to be granted the right to reset the password.

The Company does not support cases where Students want to change the Email in an account that has a successfully activated Course.

4. TRANSACTION PROCESS

A. Process for buyers

When there is a need to buy a Course on the website “https://mastering-da.com”, the buyer performs the following steps:

Search and refer to information about the Courses on the website “https://mastering-da.com” that the buyer is interested in.

Refer to the Course Price and support policy of the website “https://mastering-da.com”.

5. TRANSACTION SAFETY GUARANTEE

Buyers/Students are absolutely not allowed to use any tools or other forms to interfere with the system and change the data structure of the website “https://mastering-da.com”.

It is strictly forbidden to disseminate, propagate or encourage any activities with the purpose of interfering, sabotaging or infiltrating the website system “https://mastering-da.com”. Any violations will be handled according to the decision of MDA and the provisions of law.

Students' purchase registration information will be secured using SSL - Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology. There is no method of transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage method and is 100% secure.

All transaction information will be kept confidential, except in cases where it is required to be provided at the request of a competent State agency.

6. MANAGEMENT OF BAD INFORMATION

Students are strictly prohibited from performing any of the following violations:

Posting information that is contrary to the provisions of the law of a Vietnam and international, infringe on the rights of third parties, violate the regulations posted on “https://mastering-da.com”.

Unauthorized use of other people's accounts, posts and transactions.

Posting misleading content, inaccurate information, distortion, fraud or violating the provisions of law.

Sending spam.

Using malicious software, viruses... affecting the operation of the website or infringing on the property rights of others.

Copying or modifying the content of the website “https://mastering-da.com” including copyright, logo, trademark.

Using other Students' information without their consent.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MDA

A. Rights of MDA

Requires Students to provide complete, accurate and honest information. In case there is a report proving that the Student provides inaccurate, misleading, incomplete information or violates the law or Vietnamese customs, MDA has the right to refuse, suspend and terminate the Student's right to use the Course.

Temporarily suspend the release of the Course, edit or delete the content of the Course if the Company discovers that the Course has content that violates the law, violates intellectual property rights, or infringes on the honor and dignity of others.

Copyright to use the content of the Course posted on "https://mastering-da.com" according to the provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property in Vietnam. All symbols, logos, and content in different languages are owned by MDA. All acts of copying, using and illegally disseminating the above ownership rights are strictly prohibited.

Immediately terminate the Student's right to use the Course if it is discovered that the Student has been convicted or is serving a sentence, in case the Student continues to study, it may lead to legal liability for MDA. In case of termination of the Student's rights and the right to use the Course, all certificates and rights of the Student currently granted will expire and be terminated immediately.

The right to change the selling price of the Courses and payment methods to suit the needs and development direction of the website "https://mastering-da.com" as well as the Company.

The right not to refund the purchase price of the Course in cases where the Student commits acts of violating the regulations and has his/her account locked according to the regulations posted on "https://mastering-da.com"

B. Responsibilities of MDA

Ensure the accuracy and honesty of information about the Courses posted on the website "https://mastering-da.com".

Provide information on the business situation of the Company when requested by competent state agencies to serve e-commerce statistics activities.

Comply with the provisions of law on payment procedures, advertising, promotion, protection of intellectual property rights, protection of consumer rights and other relevant legal provisions when selling goods or providing services.

Fully, correctly and in compliance with the policies and regulations posted on the website "https://mastering-da.com".

8. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF STUDENTS

A. Rights of Students

Participate in free/paid courses on the website "https://mastering-da.com".

Enjoy preferential policies at each time and for each course. MDA's preferential policies will be posted directly on the homepage of the website "https://mastering-da.com" and other information channels.

Contribute comments to the Company during use, all suggestions will be sent directly via mail, phone, email. All comments and questions will be answered by MDA in the shortest time possible.

Other benefits will be posted on the website "https://mastering-da.com".

B. Responsibilities of Students

Be responsible for the security of information for the login account, all activities under the registered account, password and email box. Students are responsible for promptly notifying MDA of any unauthorized use of the account so that both parties can cooperate to handle it.

Do not use the Course/service on the website "https://mastering-da.com" for illegal purposes, fraud, illegal information exploration, sabotage, creating and spreading viruses that damage the system as well as the configuration, information transmission of the website "https://mastering-da.com".

Do not copy, modify, disseminate, distribute the Courses or create similar tools to the website “https://mastering-da.com”.

Do not take any actions that affect and discredit the website “https://mastering-da.com” in any form such as: causing disunity among Students, propagating, disseminating false information, defaming the Company.

9. APPLICABLE TERMS

The Policies and regulations are effective from the time MDA posts on the website “https://mastering-da.com”. MDA has the right to adjust and change the content of the Policies/Regulations to suit the practical operation.

Responsible for notifying Students before applying by publicly posting on the website “https://mastering-da.com”.

Policies/Regulations the amended/supplemented regulations shall take effect 2 hours after being posted on the website “https://mastering-da.com”. The Student’s continued use of the Course after the amended Regulations are published and take effect means that the Student has accepted this amended Policy/Regulations.
