1. Regulations for purchasing online courses

 

The Administration only confirms the Course purchase information from the Student when the Student fills in all the information in the available fields and clicks the PAYMENT button on the website mastering-da.com.

 

When the Student fills in the payment information, the system will ask you to create an account including username and password used to log in to use the online course on the website mastering-da.com. The Student is responsible for the security and management of the login account information. The Administration Board is not responsible for any related/arising from the login account and activation code from the time of handover to the Student.

 

For students who want to issue a company invoice, please contact Admin via Fanpage Mastering Data Analytics or hotline 0961 48 66 48.

 

2. Regulations on canceling course orders

 

Course orders can only be canceled in one of the following cases:

• The website system www.mastering-da.com has not yet activated the course for the Purchaser;

• MDA is unable to contact the Course Purchaser within 24 hours from the time the order is recorded on the website system.

• According to the agreement and consensus of the Board of Directors and the Purchaser;
   

3. Regulations on course use

 

To use the Course, Students use their login account to log in to the website mastering-da.com with the link sent in the registration email. Students follow the online instructions on the website mastering-da.com to participate in the Course.

 

When using the Course and logging into the website mastering-da.com, the Student commits to and absolutely complies with the regulations below. If violating one of the regulations below, the Student agrees to let the Administration lock/delete the account, handle it according to the provisions of law (if necessary) and not continue to study the purchased Course without being refunded the Course purchase price paid.

 

• Do not use any program, tool or other form to interfere/sabotage the Courses posted on the website mastering-da.com.

• Do not distribute, propagate or encourage any activities that interfere with, sabotage or infiltrate the data of the Courses posted on the website mastering-da.com.

• The content of the Course posted on the website mastering-da.com may not be transmitted/published/disclosed in any form to any third party.

• Do not perform any action to illegally log in or attempt to illegally log in or cause damage to the server system of the website mastering-da.com.

• When exchanging and discussing with other Students in the Course, Students are not allowed to harass, curse, annoy or have any uncivilized behavior towards other Students. It is absolutely forbidden to insult or mock others in any form (mocking, criticizing, discriminating against religion, gender, ethnicity, etc.).

• Do not share your account with others, each account can only be used by 01 person. 02 people sharing the same account on the website mastering-da.com is a violation of this regulation.
