Ms. Anh Ngoc is a K13 student of the BI course at MDA. She is currently working as a Data Specialist at ezCloud Technologies LLC. She started out in IT but with a passion for business data analysis, she started to learn and research this industry. “Before taking the course, I had only been working in Business Data Analysis for a few months. I originally studied IT, so when I moved to this field, I was not afraid to learn more tools or techniques to process data, but the thing is, I did not know the business operations, so I did not know what to analyze in business or how to analyze and visualize data intuitively.
