Contract Type: [Contract / Fixed-term] (with the opportunity to convert to a full-time permanent position upon completion).

Job Summary: The Data Engineering Manager will lead the data engineering team, structure the data architecture, and ensure the stability of core ETL/ELT pipelines. This role requires deep technical expertise to handle complex data systems and hands-on experience in deploying robust on-premise Data Warehouse infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, and optimize the overall data architecture and core ETL/ELT pipelines for key enterprise projects.

• Assess system performance, troubleshoot data pipelines, and implement solutions to standardize Data Dictionaries across fragmented systems.

• Direct, design, and execute the implementation of an On-Premise Data Warehouse architecture that meets strict operational and security standards.

• Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to the data engineering team, ensuring the seamless continuity of Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.

• Collaborate directly with senior management and external partners to propose and build Data Solution Architectures for upcoming enterprise initiatives.

Requirements:

• [7+] years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, with proven experience in a Leadership or Management role.

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining On-Premise Data Warehouse systems (Mandatory).

• Deep understanding of database architecture, complex ETL pipeline optimization, and the ability to scale and upgrade enterprise data systems.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage workflows effectively under strict project timelines.

• Strong capability to make independent technical decisions and communicate complex data solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 ▸ Đánh giá hiệu năng hệ thống, xử lý sự cố pipeline, chuẩn hóa Data Dictionary

 ▸ Trực tiếp thiết kế và triển khai kiến trúc On-Premise Data Warehouse

 ▸ Lãnh đạo, mentor và phân bổ công việc cho đội ngũ kỹ sư dữ liệu, đảm bảo vận hành BAU liên tục

 ▸ Làm việc với ban lãnh đạo cấp cao và đối tác bên ngoài để đề xuất giải pháp kiến trúc dữ liệu

Yêu cầu:

 ▸ 7+ năm kinh nghiệm về Data Engineering/Data Architecture, có kinh nghiệm quản lý/lãnh đạo

 ▸ Kinh nghiệm thực chiến triển khai On-Premise Data Warehouse (bắt buộc)

 ▸ Am hiểu sâu về kiến trúc database, tối ưu ETL pipeline phức tạp

 ▸ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, tổ chức tốt, quản lý workflow dưới áp lực deadline

 ▸ Khả năng ra quyết định kỹ thuật độc lập, giao tiếp tốt với cả team kỹ thuật và phi kỹ thuật
