Responsibilities and Duties

Job responsibilities are distributed as follows (The proportion may change from time to time)

1. [50%] Content Marketing

• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly contents on a basis to assure quality control.

• Manage Mastering Data Analytics online own media channels/group e.g website: www.mastering-da.com, social platforms,…

• Work with designer for image

2. [20%] Marketing Planning

• Assist in the identification and development of process, technology and tools that will support and improve the operations of the marketing function and business as a whole

• Responsible for managing the marketing strategy integration for acquisitions and divestitures

• Grow and check new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content

• Able to change with business: marketing strategy, marketing operation,…

• Organize event

3. [20%] Automation Marketing

• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, social channels, and analytics

• Manage, segment and analyse various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends

4. [10%] Ad-hoc Task: Other duties as directed by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least a year of working experience in the same position or industry.

• Experience in handling issues related to the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.

• Good sense of advertisement and communication, as well as analytical ability, strategic plan development ability

• Eager to learn and update new knowledge to optimize ad performance.

• Good English, communication, presentation and management skills

• Positive working attitude, reliability, good at time management, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as good team work skill.
